Bojan holds a BSc. degree in computer science from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, Specialist Applied studies in e-business from Faculty of Technical Sciences, Novi Sad and an MBA in leadership and project management from United Business Institutes, Brussels. He has proven experience and know-how in areas related to alternative channels gained while working for some of the leading banks in the country. He strongly supports innovation and change to improve business practices.

Thanks to his leadership, Collis delivers consultancy services and state-of-the-art test tools for each component in the complete life-cycle of Mobile Payments or EMV transactions worldwide. He has insight in the latest business and technology developments and as a result Berend, together with his team of knowledgeable consultants, is involved in some of the major NFC/TSM and Mobile Payments projects worldwide. Collis provides consulting and test services to banks and MNOs worldwide and enjoys official recognition of payment associations such as Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and American Express.

Tom has more than 20 years of experience in the payment industry, developing and delivering payment solutions across Europe. Tom is currently the VP for Marketing and Business Development for VeriFone EMEA, and most recently was the CTO and Head of Business Development at Point International. As a representative for VeriFone and Point, Tom has participated and contributed to a number of pan-European initiatives and efforts, these include among others, Open Standards for Cards (OSCar) and EPAS. At VeriFone, Tom works extensively with strategic planning for products and services in EMEA, as well as new payment and acceptance methods including NFC, e-commerce, m-commerce and beyond.

Matti Penttilä is working as Senior Project Manager at VTT Technical Research Centre of Finland.  He has a long career in the fields of mobile internet and context aware services. Lately he has been developing contactless services in European project Smart Urban Spaces (SUS) where he was in charge of 40 pilots. Currently he is working in a Finnish project to promote an ecosystem for NFC based credential cards for  tickets, gifts, coupons, vouchers and access rights.

Ian Lowe is a recognized leader in identity-related technologies and enterprise applications, with specific expertise in how best to shape them for enterprises and governments of all sizes. During his time with HID Ian has driven the development and market launch of mobile ID and HID’s bring-your-own-device (BYOD) two-factor authentication solution, and has held speaker slots at the Gartner Security Symposium, CARTES Europe, and ISSE.

Tatjana Apanasevic is a PhD student at the Radio Communication Systems and Wireless@kth at KTH Royal Institute of Technology. Her research area is techno-economic study of mobile payment, hence, the following two interrelated themes are covered:
–    Technical aspects of the mobile payment including network architecture, performance, and functionality; and
–    Business related aspects, such as market structure, ecosystem, developed business models, and added value services.
The research is supervised by Associate professor Jan Markendahl (Radio Communication Systems and Wireless@kth at KTH Royal Institute of Technology) and Associate professor Niklas Arvidsson (the School of Industrial Engineering and Management at KTH Royal Institute of Technology).

Before Tor started up as the Managing Director of TSM Nordic, he worked 5 years at VG – where of the last 4 years as the MD of VG Mobile. VG is the biggest digital media company in Norway – part of Schibsted Media Group. Tor has earlier worked in the Nielsen company and Deloitte Consulting.

As a graduate engineer Stefan entered PLDS (Philips at that time) in 1998, starting his career as development engineer in the pre-development dept. as well as in the customer application team. Following a period as a field application engineer Stefan worked as project manager for the development of base and platform projects in the DVD product family, owning patents in the optical disc drives as well as in other areas of automotive infotainment. In 2005, he took over the responsibility as senior product manager in the product strategy & innovation group in order to work more focussed on the new product developments. As Director Marketing & New Technology Stefan has gained a position to actively influence the strategic direction of the company and to successfully promote new products in the market.

Johan Sidén received a Ph.D. degree in electronics from Mid-Sweden University in 2007, where he is now an Assistant Professor. His research interests include RFID/NFC technology, wireless sensor networks, antennas and printed passive electronics, including printed sensors and batteries. Much of his research is devoted on how to combine traditional RFID technology with sensor functionality in order to also retrieve dynamic data such as temperature, humidity and mechanical stress. Johan is co-author of several patents related to RFID antennas and sensors and co-founder of two spin-off companies. Parallel to his academic career he has also worked as engineer for development of RFID and sensors technologies at companies in USA and Sweden.

Remy BelloirRémy Belloir holds a position as Sales Manager for Mobile Financial Services for UK, Germany and Scandinavia. He joined Gemalto in 1999 and has 13 years in Telecom and Payment industries. For 4 years he was director of Gemalto TSM delivery, supervising programs for Japan, USA, UK, Poland, France and Turkey. Previously he had held several management positions in Gemalto on contactless card deployments, on SIM and OTA personalization. He had previously worked for 10 years as project manager in France, Argentina and the Philippines. Rémy Belloir holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the “National Institute of Applied Science” of Lyon, France.

Lena Erneling AlbersLena Erneling Albers holds a position as Manager for SAS On-Ground “off airport” products including mobile services. She joined SAS in 1985 and has over 26 years of experience from the airline industry. During her career she has had several positions within SAS. Most of her work has been related to product development and design in a wide range of areas including cabin interior, passenger seats, in-flight services and – for the last six years – on ground products. Currently, Lena is responsible for SAS web- and mobile-check in, flight info SMS and SAS Smart Pass. Lena has a Master of Science in Ergonomics from Loughborough University in England.
